Did you take the proper steps to secure your account after the fact? Here are some you can take:
1. Scan for malware with your antivirus.
2. Deauthorize all other devices: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a safe computer.
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (If there's nothing to revoke, then you're fine)
Are you serious? that is extremely ridiculous, then what happens to that scam account? all that virtual dollars just gone? please help! I spent alot of my hard earned dollars in that account, 5 years of accumulation of items. Help please steam support!

"Steam Support does not restore items that have left accounts for any reason, including trades, market transactions, deletions, or gifting.
It is your responsibility to secure your Steam account.
Steam Support will no longer restore lost items. Items often exchange hands multiple times before a restoration request and this means they cannot be restored without duplicating them or removing them from another innocent user’s inventory. Duplicating items has a negative impact on everyone who trades or uses the Market by lowering the value of items."
All you can do now is report the scammer and try to secure your account better. I'm sorry.
But would there be an special case in this matter? if we users literally got scammed genuinely, no intention of abuse? well I hope steam support can respond to this matter urgently. What disturbs me is just scammers can get away with these kinds of things, that is infuriating.
Can you guys help me report this scammer account? Look even at its name, it even says bot #2300, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lucky me I'm the 2300 person to get scammed. They need to IP ban and all that sorts of things. This account has 9808 Dota items, damn man Steam you better do something about this.

Thank you for your help, I have followed all the steps. Expensive experience learned, I'm not that salty as long as that account got banned and any necessary follow up is made to prevent that person behind the account is stopped.
I'm also wondering on what happens then to all those items in that scammer account? back rotating to the market or to just straight deletion? a shame isn't it?

"What action is taken when a scammer is found?
If evidence exists that a Steam user is scamming, Steam Support will ban the account from using the Steam Community, including trading and using the Steam Market. The length of the ban is dependent on the severity and quantity of the scams. In some cases, scammers will be banned permanently. If a scammer has multiple accounts, all of their accounts may be subject to the ban as well.
In rare cases, scammers will hijack an account and use it to commit scams, fraud, or other hijackings. In these cases, we lock the account until the rightful owner contacts us and we will take appropriate action."

There's also the issue that just because you claim that you got scammed doesn't make it true; for all we know you could be fabricating a story. Note: I am not claiming that you do, I'm saying that there's no way for us to be sure about that.
Also: scammers are taken care off, the main thing is that us users wont see that happening. Most likely it's an account that got taken over and abused.
As how the trade looked in your screenshot, steam will consider this trade as someone gifting items to a friend. You willingly interacted with another entity, believed its promises and sent items on a trade.
You are more likely to get banned than the gambling bot you were reporting.
