Mortal Kombat 11 Game data corrupted
Hi, I just tried to play MK11 after being away for a while but I get this error about the game data being corrupt. It happens when I try to play normally or with DX12. It tells me to "verify game installation integrity" but when I do this the whole game starts to download again. The installation folder I have is nearly 80GB but when I do the verify the folder becomes 20 something GB.
Is there any way to fix this or am I going to have to redownload the game?

So what did you do? Did you just do verify and let it redownload most of it?
I wasn't sure if I should do that or uninstall & reinstall...:steamsad:

Go to steam settings-->downloads and click "Clear Download Cache" at the bottom.

How can you play Mortal Kombat 11 on Steam? I've searched about that game on Steam, but I can't find it.

I see. So there are no way to play it? How about using VPN? Can I use VPN and find the game on the internet?

It should work with a VPN.

NEVER use a VPN on here. It's a great way to get your account frozen. Granted such a situation is rather rare, but it's one HELL of a risk for a game.

It is strictly against the terms of the Steam Subscriber Agreement. So I wouldn't do it at all. Perhaps consider lobbying your government to get crap like this changed.

Yea I think his chances of using a VPN and getting away with it is WAY higher than him lobbying the government to get video game laws changed. Unless he's a millionaire who is willing to give a generous donation to the ruling political party lol

Yeah, but that's not the point si it?

It's the ONLY option to do things above board. Because risking your account just isn't worth it, even if the risk is slim.

I think he should consider lobbying Steam to allow the use of VPNs xD
Many people use them in games simply to get a better ping.

Steams stance on VPNs comes from people using them to circumvent store regions. They won't change on that, lobbying Steam will not gain him anything.
