30 Kb/s download

I usually have a 1.5m/b download but since one month it is between 10-50 kb/s.
On other platforms i have at aleast a 1 Mb/s download
for example i needed 30 min for dota 2, now i need 2 days pls if u have can help me somehow i would be thankful (sry for my english)

Check settings > downloads to make sure it's not throttled
if that is fine then it's probably just an ISP issue. check a Speedtest and/or try to contact your ISP about it. (maybe try resetting your router first)

I get that from time to time. Not sure how well it'll work for you, but if I restart Steam a couple times it'll fly up to my usual download speeds (also, you could try the usual...reset your router or sometimes disconnecting/reconnecting the wifi from my computer will help too).

Ändere deine Downloadregion auf Schweden oder United Arab Emirates
Change Download region to Sweden or United Arab Emirates.

I think there may be something going on ATM with steam servers. I'm having the same issue and have tried all the usual tricks to no avail (clear download history, change servers, reset firewall exceptions etc).

All other game clients are fine, as is my speed tests, and normal streaming. Just steam is telling me it will take 2 days to download a 2Gb file...

Same here. Also changing the download server to another region doesn't help like it is recommended on various web pages.

Try them ALL. Any server near me was slow as dirt.

The ones that were faster for me (I'm on the east coast) are, UAE, Vancover, Houston, South Korea and Sweden.

that kinda worked my download is most of the time normal now
i changed regions several times
Now its back to my normal region but my download is fine again
