Deleting a pre authorized charge from list. Is it possible?
Hello there. Basically I have a pre authorized charge in my subscriptions list that I have no intent on ever renewing. I was just wondering is it possible to manually delete it from the list permanently or am I stuck with it just sat there on the list?

I'm so sorry for going necromancer at your thread, but did you ever found an answer for this?

You cancel the subscription and it does not auto renew but you still have access to the game until your current subscription runs out. You can also remove the associated payment method so it cannot be charged and will fail.

After failing, will the game be removed from my list of pre-authorized charges?
I just want the game to be removed from the list, not to only stop charging me.

No, I don't think there is a way to manually delete it. I cancelled a subscription almost 3 years ago, and it is still on the Manage Subscriptions page. I think that it stays there as evidence that it is cancelled, and to give the Steam user a renew button.

No, licences stay as you acquired it. Doesn't matter that you no longer play it. Licences are for ownership, every bit the same as if you went out and bought this game physically. If you did that and then stopped subscribing, you'd still have the disc wouldn't you?

But you can hide games from your library. Well there's two ways, essentially hide and REALLY hide.

But they CANNOT be removed because it's a massive headache for Valve for a number of reasons, not least of which legal.

I think that Niimura is asking if there is a way to remove the listing of a subscription to a game that he already cancelled and does not intend to renew (for example, a monthly subscription to a MMO) from this account page https://store.steampowered.com/account/subscriptions/

When I cancelled my monthly subscription to Secret World Legends, I still played the game for several more months, just without the benefits that the subscription gave.

In the post above yours I told the OP that even though I cancelled the subscription almost 3 years ago, it still is listed on the account subscription page as evidence that it is cancelled, and to give the Steam user a renew button.

Yeah, my problem was exactly as Tara said, about a monthly subscription to a MMO still showing up in the listing.

The main reason I wanted to remove the subscription from the listing (and then renew it) its because I changed my subscription plan, but the listing of subscriptions is still saying that I'm on my old subscription plan, even thought the price and everything was updated already.

Like... I just wanted to avoid the listing saying that I was having a subscription plan A while in truth I am paying for a subscription plan B. I just wanted to avoid any kind of problem or whatnot that this could cause, nothing major.

Well I'll just keep it like this for now since it cannot be removed from the listing

Thank you everyone!

Bugger, in that case I'm sorry for misunderstanding.
