Indeed, Steam should finaly sort its "customers" in adult and minor and rearange steam to it, give us a 18+ section.

Not necessarily, no. They've been trying to make games as realistic as possible for decades. The tech wasn't advanced enough until more recently.

Death Stranding doesn't have real people displayed in the game, nor does the game contain nudity.
The issue with the game removed is that it contained real people that were photographed and turned into sprites, that are naked (at times) in the game.
Death Stranding does not fit the criteria given in the statement from Valve and the other does.
I do agree that Valve needs to communicate more (a constant issue) with the developers (and users) and that some things should be grandfathered in, but lets keep the issue(s) realistic, please.
