Also it does seem that just this moment steam's a bit wonky for me. If this has been going on a while, it's definitely on your end, but if it's just today it might be steam's side of things if you've already allowed cookies.
Unfortunately Steam seem to ignore them or is bugged, because as an example with the following settings:
I still get annyoing age-gates in the store and also tons of blurred stuff everywhere, so clearly those settings are either bugged or purposely ignored.
I get no age gates and no blurred pictures. Then again, I'm not deleting the cache for the client. If you're browsing with a web browser, you might want to check how it stores cookies.
This was what I was looking for. I didn't have the blur and warn boxes unchecked, hopefully it helps.
I know this is a joke, but you are aware that authorities can do more than one job at a time, right? ;)
