a hacker sold my skins
A hacker got into my account and sold all of my skins to a site for money, is there any way to get it back?

There is zero way you will get your skins back.

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
** If there is nothing in the API key area, that’s fine. If there IS something, remove it. Nothing should be there.**

You get accounts back but you don't get items back, Also any VAC bans they cause don't get removed.

Look at all the "I've been hacked threads" all over the forums, Nobody gets their items back, it's valves policy. There is 100s of the same thread everyday. You used skin websites? Most likely why you lost your stuff, if you have. Do as I wrote above to make sure your account is secure now.

steam policy, it does not matter why nor how an item leaves the account, once it leaves it is no longer yours. scammed/stolen items are not returned.

secure the account, figure out how you gave away your log in, and STOP DOING THAT. you are the one that gave the hijacker access to your account.

By chance was it the same site which the "Best Lottery" commented on in your profile?

Yes, the policy states it, had you bothered to have taken the time to read it.

No, a scammer tricked you into giving away your Steam account credentials and then abused that to take over, this had nothing to do with hacking.

You really need to be more careful about the websites you log into using your Steam account. By definition it's best not to do so at all.

No way, next time dont be a gullible kid and think random people give you stuff for free, and actually make use of all the restrictions and hoops which valve introduced because of people like you.

Either you approved the items to be traded, with your mobile Steam app, or did this hijacker had your account for over 15 days?

Time to learn from mistakes so don't repeat them across any services you use online.

Ahh yes, classic kids in the internet case. Beware not to give you bank account credentials at some point too. Seems like people are getting more dumb the more the technology moves forward and the more access to information they have. Instead of being the opposite. Stop using stupid lottery skin websites because almost every single one of those are made by scammers, to scam people. Because they know there are plenty of fools who like to gamble, buying futile cosmetic items to reach a position of status in a online video game.

Kids from Brazil, which education never had good standardars to begin with are even worse now. They can barely spell and write basic portuguese anymore. Not to mention SMS typing costumes that makes it even worse. Most are to lazy to even read 5 lines of text. The rest are so brainwashed by streamers and youtubers that they barely can speak in an understandable way, just repeat silly slangs and catchphrases inside everything they say. I feel sad reading YT comments those days, and laught at the same time . It is so sad that comes to the point of being comical. And pandemic times raised those problems to even higher standards.

Regression as its finest.
