Hackers in CSGO! More legit players are leaving the game as compared to hackers getting banned.
Hey there,
I have reported and shamed all the cheaters I have encountered in game, also, I reported them on their steam profile section. On one hand, the results are showing up with numerous hackers getting banned but since the game is free to play, they just make a new account, hence, the stats can go to infinity. On the other hand, I wait 20 mins to find a game, unfortunately as you might say, I get matched with a hacker, now I spend another hour trying to report and shame the hacker because if I quit, I get cooldown. The most annoying part is I don't get to play the game in 90 mins! My concern is, if stringent actions are not taken from valve, we are losing more legitimate players than banning hackers. I'm afraid, valve is busy entertaining the hackers. Yeah! The sad part is we are getting trolled by hackers, doing numerous overwatch sessions, and yet not getting a platform for fair game play. The hacker can play on a new account, is the time we wasted coming back? None of my friends are playing CSGO anymore.
I tried so hard and got so far But in the end It doesn't even matter...

Sure. If you dont wanna play then you can play something else. Most likely you have a low trust factor coz i never found one since it went f2p

Your comment make me feel sick "Report in game and move on.".
First of all isnt our fault we play with/against cheaters, its valve fault and people that creating cheats.

Valve havent take it serious even if they saying they had.

People that scripting this cheats are evil guys that totaly destroying this game.

Reporting players just lowers trust factor and you will get even more cheats to play with...it's the way valve likes it.

It's easy to say, play something else when you have dedicated thousands of hours in getting better at the game, learning maps, rotations, timings and I can go on forever but that's not the point. The point is what can you do for advanced anti-cheat and fair game play. Coming to your point, what actually affects your trust factor? I would like to know from your prospective because there are many theories out there. Thanks for giving your opinion

Well thats sadly true, Trust Fiction really works fine with those mechanics...

Maybe Valve forgot to implement one important thing to that code on which TF works - the community is already infected HARD and some thing as TF can only work when cheating is starting to rise, not when it passed all healthy limitz?

Move on? Where? It's not just another game. It's an eSport. How would you feel, lets assume in case of football, if the goalkeeper is scoring 16 goals from his goal post to the opposition? More importantly, where's the fun? We have spent thousands of hours getting better at the game, not at all for this kind of an experience. Advanced anti-cheat is more of a right, especially when you have made the game f2p.

This is a forum, we discuss about things... Anyway it would be very interesting if Mr. Mc Donald who portrayed TF on his famous video would step here and discuss with us?

If you dont want to discuss about things connected with cheaters around CS GO, nobody forces you to come here, or?

I witnessed few of my friends having LOW TF without any reason, they are legit, never toxic (adults age ) and still without any reasons dropped...

Maybe you are right,Mc Donald should answer that.

That would never happen, as any information about the inner workings of TF would be abused.

If you could elaborate, what are the actual factors which affect the trust factor that would add alot to the discussion. More importantly please keep in mind that this discussion is targeted towards rapidly increasing hackers and as a result legit players facing the worst of the worst experiences in CSGO.

i think abusing the report system lowers your trust factor

and by abusing i mean,
reporting people every game, even if it can be reasonable, its too frequently

Not sure about that but I would like to add that there are six boxes on the report chart, what players ususally do, is tick all six. The first two boxes are for abusive text and voice chat, that is something which is not monitored on overwatch, so it can affect your trust factor to my assumption. Now, the third box is for griefing and the rest of the boxes for hacking which can be monitored on overwatch. So, if you are not griefing or hacking, how can your trust factor be affected? That's presumption of innocence. One is considered innocent unless proven guilty. Are you saying Trust factor is playing the role of media now? XD
