Survival of the Fittest is another 40+ GB if you have that installed.
That totals to 176GB worth of space on my Hard-Disk.
When you uninstall/unsubscribe from a mod, be sure to remove the folder from your mods folder.
An easier alternative may be to just deleve everything in the mods folder itself rather than hunting down the individual folders for each one you've removed, but you'll be redownloading/installing anything you're still subscribed to the next time they update or launch the game.
Maintaining a healthy cleaning of your mods every once in a while can help a lot.
Many mods wind up abandonded and stop working or you just stop enjoying playing with them, so be sure to clean out this folder now and again after you've unsubbed from mods.
I agree, it's a bit too much imo. Mods or no mods.
