Can I transfer my Steam games to Battlenet?
I'm just tired of getting bs thrown at me every single time I update one of my games in Steam. The "content server unreachable" pop-up has finally took its final blow at me. So yeah, I wanna know if I can transfer all my games to Battlenet. If so, how do I do that? And if you guys know an even better alternative gaming platform I could use, then kindly enlighten me. Thanks.

Your games are tied to steam.

You cannot even transfer your games to another Steam account.

They are tied to the account so purchased/activated on and cannot be moved to another account.

There is usually a way to fix the "content servers unreeachable" error, and the community can try to help you with that in the correct forum, if you wish.

What games on Steam are available on Bnet though?

Battle.net is awful, lol. And it doesn't even support that many games, it's almost exclusively Blizzard's stuff. Not sure what made you think you could transfer your games to a platform that doesn't even support 99% of all games.

1. Steam has none of the games from Battle net. You should realize that by now.

2.Battle net has only 10 games on the client itself, which these 10 are not on Steam, or anywhere else, but Battle net.

3. There's many platforms, other than Steam, and Battle net, just doing a simple Google search can bring them up.

4. You should look into the root cause of "content server unreachable" , as normally it's people who setup custom DNS servers, blocking/custom ports, antivirus blocking connection, or interfering with your connection, or etc... This also same problem exists on Battle net, as well many other platforms, and it's always the same case due to the end user, or ISP.

What about fixing the error?

I never get that error, so yeah, when do you get it?

Amusingly this would be the wrong spot to do this anyway.

Any such service would be driven from Battle.net similar to how GoG connet works (GoG convinces a few publishers that if someone owns something on Steam GoG should be able to give them a license for it on GoG, you link your accounts over at GoG and then you get the extra licenses).

Just as soon as you can find a game on Steam that magically exists on Battle net so you can transfer it over

Regardless

1) change your download region
2) reboot your router
3) disable your firewall
4) disable our anti-virus
