will removing the game permanently increase my achievements percentage?
hi, as you can see when you enter my profile that my achievements percentage completion is 59%
I was wondering, what if I deleted a game permanently from my account -either I "cleared" it's achievements or not- will it somehow increace the achievements percentage... since my games number will be reduced?!

No.

It only removed the game an game time form the account. More like an advanced hide feature.

Achivements will remain and still count.

Also, achievements don't mean ANYTHING on Steam. They are NOT trophies, even though they match the trophies in gameplay. However, since we are on PC, achievements can be cheated easily, so attaching any "real value" to them would be disastrous.

So, don't worry about your "percentage" and other stuff. Even if you get to 100%, nothing will happen.

They especially don't mean anything, as OP has obviously been using achievement cheats on his games, e.g. there's on game on his profile right now where he completed every single achievement simultaneously all that the exact same hour, minute and second.

what's funny is i have completed or nearly complete a bunch of games & my % hasn't changed ANY thing.
So yeah i guess it's pointless especially if you have WAY too many games.

I think it never means anything in any game/platform aside from Bragging value.
It does keeps you track with some hidden secrets or story etc game has to offer though.

Not all games count towards your %.

So what about the trophies, what special in them?

Nothing but your own satisfaction for achieving them.

I deleted some achievements on Stardew Valley, (I like to earn them legit, but I was with a friend and we were having fun with cheats, me not realizing I went a bit overboard lol) would I get in trouble if I unlocked those achievements again? Or would I not because the achievements mean nothing, like you said?

Lol, it's fine. I don't really recommend using external software or applications, but I've cheesed some of the more tedious achievements in a few games using in-game methods.
I have achievements for games i have refunded.

Yes, because you have played the game and accomplished whatever the achievement says you've done. Even though you've refunded the game, you've still done this.
