We don't have access to it to be able to see what you actually have installed.
Use something like WinDirStat to figure out where your space has gone, or just get a larger hard drive.
Not counting the system restore folder the windows updates folders and temp files.
To free up space run the disc cleanup. delete system restore folders
Can people please stop with this. The OS allocates the memory it needs. And 10 % of disc spage are allocated for disc operations.
There is no downside in a modern PC to filling your HDD/SSD to the brim.
