What if you activated a regioned lock key

If a key is locked to a certain region then only if you are in that region can you activate the key.
Otherwise you just get an error.

Is it possible to change region of the game if I go live in another country. Like for example I have a spainish/ European version of a game but it can’t be played in Korea. Can it change or can I buy the Korean version if I move there

I thought this was changed...or maybe I am crazy, I dont buy region locked keys...

...but I thought they changed it so you can add them, and after 90 days the game becomes playable.

Did I imagine tat?

It can't be changed. You have to rebuy it.

You can't just activate them if they are locked in your region, you'll have to use a "workaround" if oyu knoiw what I mean.
Then after 90 days the region lock will be deactivated and you can play them without any problems.

Also, some people don't have a choice but to buy region locked games as the ROW version can have an activation restriction as well.

The removal you are talking about is that people will be able to play their games elsewhere, yes. But that doesn't mean the regional version they have will change to a regional version of the region they currently are in. That's the point. A region locked version will always be that specific region's version.

The workaround is someone being smart enough to not buy keys from random people.
