Why Valve are approving games like this?

As for the second one. Play as the bad guy or the swat. Sounds actually fuin. Not much different than terrorists vs COunter terrorists.

Nothing wrong with either of those gamnes, unless you're some one with the maturity of a 5 year old looking for things to internet drama over.

How is the second different from Hatred or Kane & Lynch or Payday? Being the bad guy isn't that uncommon.
That being said, looks a lot like Hatred - stiring up lots of conversation for a mediocre (at best) game that will be forgotten within a month.

The first one I find extremetly disturbing, though. In the "similar to games you played" section it shows me:

I don't agree with any game that "hunts down" someone for just being straight or gay. I have nothing against games geared towards a certain sexual preference but come on already...its sending a clear message that its not allowed to be straight. Given what is going on lately with shootings they should dial it down and certainly not promote games that single out and target people for things like race and sexual preference.

pretty sure that means its in violation of Steam's policies. I personally find the premise of [Hate Speech] to be BS, but its both extremes are allowed on Steam, or neither are.

Why not. Many VN's may as well have been subtitled :"Hets Only". THAt's sort of the joke being referenced by the title. And for a good chunk of gaming history , heck even today the fact that the protagonist is most always a grizzled white dude, or a hot white chick... yeah.

Just saying that if you want to start splitting hairs, you have to cut both ways. hatred exists.
