Adding microsoft games to steam to run?

can i add fh4 to steam in big picture mode? microsoft games i install seem to be locked in some way cant find the exe?

Foolish question maybe, but are you sure you have file extensions set as visible in Windows ?

well when i installed these three new folders came about.........windowsapps, wpsystem and download cache, open them but no files :( heard microsoft is a little strict

I'm not sure about how the games are installed, but check to make sure the file extensions are set to visible. So you can see the .exe and add that as a non-Steam game.

That's what you are trying to do, right ? Add them as a non-Steam game to launch with using your Steam library ?

yes see i do have them available, its just i heard that some people needed extra software for steam to read the microsoft game sadly thanks for the help bro will attempt a few more tries

After looking around a bit, you may be right. This is an older thread, but it seems that there might be some Microsoft Security issue with doing this :
