MK11 isn't available in your region
Steam, Valve and other publishers!

Guys, you are something! I was about to buy MK11 and it's unavailable for my region! It's not the fist time i'm trying to buy something at your platform and see this region lock. I need some explanations, why this game locked and what is wrong with my region? What is the matter with people on this planet? You should unite eople all over the wold, so they can unite and play games anywhere they want. Why mk11 isn't available in Ukraine?

Valve and publishers have to follow the law.
If your country deem the game illegal, there is nothing Valve can do. You want to change it, vote for some other political group.

Ukraine is not only country. Indonesia and Japan have the game unavailable too.

Really strange, in germany it is sold uncut. At least I wasnt able to find any notice about it being cut like Fallout 3.

When did all of that change? Im curious because I remember when Germans could only play TF2 in what we call "birthday" (no gore) mode.

AFAIK it didn't change. They are just slow and probably didn't reviewed the game yet.

You *need* a USK rating in Germany to sell your game physically (read: console version). MK 11 has a 18+ rating. MK 10 was denied one but defaulted to 18+ after some time because there was no motion to restrict it.

Quite some time ago actually. The 'no gore - no ban' (or worse: green blood) myth was never true to begin with.
Helps to have more younger representatives on the board as well. Many of the games which were denied a rating were because of some hardliners from the more "republican" states or churches
