this i have wondered too and there are a few possible outcomes to how they got those. Outcome 1 is that they got gifted early unit creator access as some game creators like to gift youtuber's stuff before its released to others. outcome 2 is that they found some kind of software and mods off the internet. outcome 3 is that they could be doing something suspicious (where is the think emoji?) outcome 4 is that landfall secretly released the unit creator early and you need to get it off the work shop (i have not checked but maybe) outcome 5 is where they are secretly working with landfall. One of these has to be correct

There's a setting in the gameplay tab that allows custom units/"mods", and there's a mod manager called r2modman that you can use to easily mod the game. As for how to MAKE actual mods I'm still trying to figure that out myself. There's videos that you can find to help you figure the other stuff out though
