However there ARE exceptions where the savegame itself holds information about WHAT profile is the owner but I only encountered such game once so far. The games you named should be fine though. At least for Sims I am 100% sure that it should work.
By finding where the saves are located and moving them onto her computer. There is no general way of doing it.
Some saves (depending on the game) are tied to the account and can't be moved to another account.
When sharing your games, please have the other person create and use their own account. This way they can be played through Family Share and it keeps the accounts separate.

for Sims3 : \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves
for plant vs zombie, you can google up for the location i guess
