Skins always break in some way when a new steam client version comes out, (like the chat or library) you'll just need to wait and hope that whatever steam skin you use is updated.

Yes they do. Metro normally gets fixed relatively fast.

Is there a way to code a skin that will load the old library using -no-browser? I'm not worried about the Store or Discussions. I'd just like -no-browser Steam with my Library I purchased loaded. Not sure if its possible.

Metro should work if i am not mistaken with the old library aswell as the new. Though i am not 100% certain.
