Also ram won't greatly boost fps anyway.
32gb ram wont be standard any time soon.
Even 8GB can handle most of the modern games. 32GB wont be "standard" for the the next few years. 16GB just became standard. Plus after 2000MHz RAM speeds wont make that much of a difference in FPS. Its all about the timings. I even underclocked my RAM to get better FPS there because of better timings
why hyper-threading is disabled for more fps? Should not HT give you more performance when enabled?

I even did the fps benchmark in cs myself. With HT on I had like 10 fps less. And I don't know if it was a placebo, but with HT on I felt like there is a little bit of input lag. Also you shouldn't use any launch options like - high - threads etc. It really messes up the balance.
