We already know how this company operates.

They will let it be a console exclusive for a few years, then they will release a PC version because many of those console purchasers will then buy the game again if you leave enough time between. If they release them all at the same time there is almost no chance of that happening.

Since GTA V was released for PC 1-2 years more than consoles, most likely no. But nobody really knows.

It's currently a console exclusive but it is highly likely to arrive on PC in the next few years. Until Rockstar actually say something, everyone is in the dark but leaks would suggest a PC version is in the works.

yes

It'll be an Epic exclusive

There are rumors that a PC port is in the works, but so far, no official confirmation.

This, and I'm not just saying it either. The publisher of Red Dead 2 is the same one that publishes Borderlands 3.

That’s still “just saying it;” otherwise, show your evidence. Especially as “exclusive” isn’t quite precise.

It's called "wishful thinking".

The thing is, they DID make a PC port of GTA V. So, everyone *assumes* they will make a PC port of RDR2. And because everyone does, whereever you turn, someone will say "yeah, there will be one".

I don't know when RDR2 was released, but back then, "everybody" said the PC port will have 1 year delay. I'm assuming that year has already passed, and I've already seen a "1-2 years" in this thread...

Fact is: there is no PC port of RDR2. There is no announcement that they are making such a port. Those are the only facts, and as such, the only things you can work with.

The thing is: according to Wikipedia, RDR2 was released for PS4 and XB1. As such, it should have some degree of platform independence built in, as they probably didn't make two different games. So, a PC port shouldn't be *that* complicated...

No. Borderlands 3 is published by 2K.

2K and Rockstar are both subsidiaries part of Take 2 Interactive.

They are still ALL separate companies hence why Boderland's is not available on the Social Club. Rockstar have their own avenues and 2K have theirs.

That year hasn't passed, RDR 2 was released late october 2018.

If Rockstar thinks they can get enough out of Red Dead Online, they'll port it. Otherwise I don't see it happening.

No, its called rumors. Wishful thinking is hoping for something that has little to no chance of happening.

They're remembering the 1 year sony exclusive deal on the GTA III generation games.
