They will still show as you are using the same computer. Making a new account won't do anything.
Steam will display all Steam games that are installed on that computer.
That isn't how it works. If he wanted to use your games, you would have had to log onto his computer.
The games are not on your account. They are displayed (if not-installed) due to family sharing. He can revoke family sharing from his account.

That tells you how to disable Steam Family Sharing.
If you can't do that, the games are simply shown on your box for some reason, probably because Steam has known about them at some point. You can figure that out later.
If you can still play the game, it means the other library is still shared to you.
I have found no control over the games list from my incoming family shares, they do.
