LOW WINRATE ISSUE?!

It was several days since I started playing Dota 2 in this account after trying to master "invoker" in other account ( the new one ). Everything seems well until I notice my winning and losing rate, I stopped playing this account when it was 200 matches (91 wins) and now it is 265 (121 wins), I recognised that there is some problems with low win rated players. I usually have to team up with low win rated players and 70% of them are low productive and feeders. I decided to spend a whole day for playing this game and the result is really terrible, I won 8 games on 25 totally and following my record, there are 13 games that I have to against more than 5 enemies (peak was 2v8) and 4 games that I have to against players who are pro. Low-winrated players team up with Low-winrated players seems really reasonable but as my perspective, this is really catastrophic because it will make players like me lose gaming spirit and feel depressed every time I decide to play in a solo format because I am worried that I will encounter poorly conscious players. Moreover, for tactical fighting games that promote team spirit, an individual who breaks the game can cause a huge impact on others in the team, taking basic examples such as the legendary Alliance, one Dota 2's opponents have made policies for low-win players by distributing players with low winning rates to pair with those with a high winning rate, which will make the game balanced. To be honest, I prefer dota 2 and I really like playing dota but every time I look at my odds and think that I won't be able to win anymore, it prevents me from hitting my "play" button.

I end up in matches where I end up getting camped for 0/30 and still have a 55% winrate.
p.s. I won the 0/30 match cuz the camper wasn't a carry hero

I haven't played it since they turned it into a phone game.
