kingdom come deliverance performance issues

Hi guys, i recently bought kingdom come deliverance and i meant to install and experience it on
my laptop (specs below)
asus
intel core i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90GHz
ram: 12GB (11.9 in use)
OS: 64 bit windows 10
graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 940 MX

in which i thought i could run it smoothly on low at least, but i apparently can run it on 24 fps (in game and around 14 in conversations)
on low and in 720p resolution.
Then i thought to try it out on my pc with these specs:
asus
intel core i3 CPU 560 @ 3.33GHz 3.33GHz
ram:4.00GB(3.87 in use)
OS:Win 10 pro 64 bit
graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

and the fps clib really high like 45 in game on low and 720p resolution but i get many lag spikes amost every time i make a new move
like climbing above something, looking at things ( the names pop slow ), generally texture popping and long loading screens.
I dont know how this happens but is there any way i can play this game like a normal human being(like on standard 30fps)
on any of the two computers without having to upgrade or buy another computer or ps4? Thank you in advance!

Your laptop is below minimum requirements, the desktop system hovers around those.
Not much you can do except setting everything to the lowest graphic settings and maybe locking FPS to 30 with an external program.
Kingdom Come Deliverance is a VERY demanding game and on highest settings even makes my RTX 2080 cry.

are you sure i m below minimum in my laptop specs? because my processor is newer than the i5 in the minimum specs but the grapics card i m not that sure because its of different series

Yep, very sure. The minimum required card is a GTX 660.

Your 940mx is massively slower in everything.


Edit: Sorry you have a 940mx, but still does not change much.
