CS GO Windows 10 mouse/crosshair sensitivity problem- Please help
Hey guys, I would be really appreciated if someone could help me out here.

Okay so my CSGO mouse sensitivity problem all started when i upgraded my laptop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 in 2015. Back when i was using a Windows 8.1 in 2014, i was using an ASUS above-average laptop that had no problems running CSGO with my account i played almost 2k hours of CSGO (account ID: sungminlee96). I was using a Logitech G300 using 1500 dpi, in game sensitivity of 3.63, polling rate at 1000Hz, controller enabled- horizontal vertical sensitivity both at 1.0, mouse acceleration off and raw input off at Windows mouse settings 7/11 with Enhanced Pointer Precision ticked. This sensitivity would sound rather quite high but i loved my aim and had no problems with my in game mouse/crosshair movement. When my laptop upgraded to Windows 10, the problem with my mouse/crosshair movement started. I had to increase my in game sensitivity to 6.76 to feel somehow similar to the 3.63 i used back in Windows 8.1 However, i still felt very uncomfortable with my aim and had no precision whatsoever. It just feels as if i'm playing with my mouse tied onto a rope or something like that. It's like you're moving your mouse on a glass surface if you get what i mean. Back when i was playing in Windows 8.1, even if i moved the slightest milimetre, i could place my crosshair onto a guy's head rather quite easily and very swiftly. Now it just feels so uncomfortable- something's just not right with my crosshair movement. I tried reverting back to Windows 8.1 and playing CSGO but the problem did not fix still. I even tried CSGO on a new mouse- the Razer Mamba but the problem is still there- it just feels like im moving my mouse tied onto a rope and moving on a glass surface. There is just no precision that i had back when i was playing on Windows 8.1.

After years now, i bought a new laptop- the Lenovo Legion 64-bit, but still Windows 10 though (microsoft doesn't allow me to go back to Windows 8.1), a new mouse- the Logitech G102. I even bought a new version of CSGO on two other accounts -this one and one other (steam ID: trylife10000 and utj603SKLTE). Even now on a brand new laptop despite being Windows 10, but with a new mouse and new CSGO accounts, i still feel the same problem. Even if i increase my dpi in the Logitech Gaming Software, sure it does feel like my crosshair moves more when i move my mouse but something just doesn't feels right. It just feels like i'm moving my mouse tied onto a rope and moving on a glass surface with no precision whatsoever. I have to move so much of my mouse to move my crosshair to another place. Back when i was playing in Windows 8.1, i only needed to move the slightest of a milimetre for me to move my crosshair onto a certain point. My aim is just gone.

I tried searching online about Windows 10 CSGO mouse sensitivity problems- some told me to disable the Xbox DVR and Game bar in Windows-settings-Gaming which i did. I also made sure these are turned off by running the RegEdit on run- where you replace the value 1 to 0 on HKEY_software stuff. I also set my launch options to fps_max 59 which is 1 minus my laptop refresh rate. These did increase my FPS for some bit but my problem is not with my FPS- it's my mouse/crosshair movement. I tried downloading the MarkC mouse acceleration disabling software but this did not help me either. I also tried going into the csgo.exe right click properties and under compatibility, used Windows 8 compatibility, disable full screen optimizations and tried all 'Application, System, System (Enhanced)' under High DPI override. I also tried reinstalling the program, running Run and typing steam://flushconfig, going into the steam.exe application in my C drive and verified integrity of game files for CSGO. All of these did not help me- again i really do like to emphasize- there is no precision in my aim and crosshair placements- it just feels like i'm moving my mouse tied onto a rope, moving on a glass surface.

I would be so appreciated if anybody could help me out here. I'll be looking forward to your replies.

Best,
