You are actually demonstrating why the scam works: you are expecting your report to have an immediate effect. That's not how support should work; they need to look at things before taking action.
Also, keep in mind that those accounts are most likely hijacked. For that reason alone they won't be removed.
There is still no achievement in steam for spamming the forum. Try READING that achievement's requirements please.

but unless you actually know how to Track Internet Hackers & thief's, not much you
can do right now.
It's the similar people who probably got scammed game as well because they don't ask any other player about suspicious site, or deals to good to be true.
You won't hear anything other than "a profile you reported" thanks, if they do something and you're among the first to report that profile.
