how do i know if
any steam game i by has Denuvo D.R.M crap where would i find out in the TOS EULA ?

Down the right side in the Stores page for game, for most anyways.
Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: Denuvo Antitamper

As said you can see on the right side it'll tell you that it has 3rd party DRM: Denuvo Antitamper or you can follow the Denuvo Curator to keep up with them.
