and jsyk, level 952 is over $350k, so level 2000 is going to be EXPONENTIALLY HIGHER
Yes those winter sales badges. Are they exactly like normal ones, which will mean buying hundreds of the same cards in order to get level 2K or so (form this badge alone)?
If you say 1 dollar per level , then 2000 levels = 2000 bucks. Or do these sale cards skip some levels somehow? It will be likely more since eventually price will go up. So whatever I saved will be useless. If that's so and there's no definite price how much more should I expect to waste if I go after 2K badge? Any of you have this experience from past sales? Like you expected 1 price but probably overpayed a bit/quite a bit. Don't know what to expect. Don't want to get out of money on the badge I ain't looking for.
Right. That's why St4ck managed to get to level 133,337 on the Summer Sale badge this year and got the level 100k badge named after him:

Price of the cards will drop further in the sale since more hit the market. There are always more people seling than buying. They usually go around 9-7 cents. So with 12 cards this time, it's around a dollar per set.
You can create buy orders now for your target price and get them as soon as a card hits the threshold.
The badge won't skip a level, but the image only changes on certain milestones after level 10 or so.
You are able to buy and craft the badge throughout January.
Except it won't be. Even if you say one badge is $1 then it will be a LOT higher.
At level 11 you only need 200xp to level up, thats crafting two badges. ($2)
At level 101 you will need 1100xp to level up. That's crafting eleven badges. ($11)
At level 1001 you need 10100xp to level up. That's one hundred and one badges. ($101)
So if you say it's $1 for 100xp then at level 1000 you'd need $101 just to go up A SINGLE level.
It'd cost $2000 just to go up 20 levels, let alone the next 1000.
