Nier;Automata's ending E choice.

Spoiler for after ending E scene and difficult choice.

So after deleting your save file,you can help another player in the world with the "final boss" of the game. Question is,do i only get to save ONE person,as in only one person is ever allowed to see my data and use it for help? Also if the person i saved gets hit and the message " (enter name here) data was lost", does that mean that my data that i sacrificed will never appear again for anyone else and has been truly deleted from the network?

It would truly pain me to see that i deleted my saved data to help one person momentarily only for him to get hit and noone ever being able to use my help again,it would also mean that at least 1 saved data is sacrificed for every 1 person to get through to the end,making it only a matter of time before all saved data is used up and everyone must fend for themselves in what is considered the single hardest boss in gaming history to beat alone.

Second, the whole last section is a bit "fake". All that deleting your save does is adding your name to the list of ship names/help offer that can appear in another users game.
Thats it. There are also a LOT of bot users included. I watched multiple LPs of the game and a lot of names appear again and again in that last sequence.
Would not work otherwise, since most players "use up" like 10 or so other players "saves" they would never be able to sustain a supply of character saves. They would run out in a day or so since each completed Ending E only adds one new "save".
So its not 100% real but its more about the emotion and the message of the moment anyway.
Sacrificed my save without a second thought.

Thanks for the very quick reply and clear explanation. Glad i sacrificed my save,the title screen changing is all i needed for a "trophy" and i hope someone out there finds me and wins. Also thanks for moving the discussion cause i kinda suck.
