Playing Steam Games while Traveling

so, i'm going on vacation soon and i'll bring my laptop with me, it's a long trip so i'll want to use my laptop in the progress.

however i see a problem here since you'll need to login into steam before you can acces your libary and you'll need internet for that, how do i get a way around this since i wont be able to login through mobile hotspot either since i wont even have mobile connection through most of the way.

just go to your setting then interface and enable run steam when my computer starts and it should put u in offline mode

like Task Manager -> Startup. and have Steam Client Bootstrapper on enabled?

Just set Steam to offline mode before you leave.

no your steam settings, on the top left corner you'll see where it says steam, click that then scroll down to settings, then go to interface and allow it to run when your computer starts up and it should allow u to be in offline mode if u arent connected

restart your computer, put it in airplane mode quickly before steam starts up and while its loading see if it will

You don't.
In the Client: Steam -> Go offline ...
It will just go into offline mode and keep it upon restart. It used to reset itself years ago, but this is long fixed.

No. You don't even need to do it beforehand, launch steam and it will say no network do you want to be in offline mode.

but yeah it seems quite unhealthy for your laptop, and i don't want the battery to die quickly ;-;
