Fallout 3 GOTY won't load the dlc for me, please help

the problem is : I bought fallout 3, without the dlc's, played it a long time, and decided that i want the dlc'cs now. So i bought fallout 3 goty edition hoping for the dlc's to install, cause i already had the game itself. The problem begins here : disc one won't even load, it says the disk isnt licensed, but it is :/ disc 2 however installs, but... it wont work. You see, it will bring the install menu, it wil install, the files will be there, and then it tells me to restart the computer for it to work, nothing special. When i install it and insert the disc one, it wont work, original no dlc disc will, but no dlc's will be there AT ALL, and disc two pretty much installs again... and the circle closes :/ Please tell me what causes it and how can i fix this. Thanks in advance :D

Try disabling gfwl

On the splash screen, select "Data Files" and check all of the DLC. Play for a minute or so, and you'll get alert and new quests relating to each DLC
