Relatar um problema com a tradução
I've sent two support emails to them and got a reply saying that achievements have been fixed in patches (the latest one being today) but it didn't do anything. I'm not sure if they actually checked to see whether something is broken or if they hit the 'update trophies on log-in' button for the patch.
I haven't got an answer so far. Maybe it will then come in the near future. How long did it take them to answer you? I tried starting the game right now. But the achievements have not updated. So if they sorted something out it didn't affect the already obtained badges. And some of them are so time-consuming that I will not do them again. Also it seems that in windowed mode the Steam Overlay does not work on my side. Can get it working on fullscreen though, still no achievement updating ...... I restarted playing probably two weeks ago. That would match up with the time window you have given.
But if they have answered you it seems there is some will to get the problem fixed if it is not too much effort. So best course would be a mixture of waiting and pestering them at the moment. I think it would be helpful if they could integrate some kind of synchronize button in the options where the game checks your Badges and activates the corresponding achievement. So if it didn't register by any chance you can do it later. Would be nice to see them on my profile.
Would also be interesting to know if there are more people with the problem. But the Steam Population for the game is rather small.

If the problem doesn't get fixed maybe we could ask them to completely remove the achievements? It's an extreme step but if they are already broken then they are effectively not there anyway and it would stop them getting emails about them not working.
I posted on the 100% achievement group and my activity feed to see if more people have the same problem. Then we can get everyone to keep emailing support until we get a solution.
The problem with removing them is that it will break your Average Completion Rate (if I am informed correctly). So I would rather not use that method. Hm, I used the same form I think although I've chosen technical support if that makes a difference. Mailing them may help to get their attention or making them ignore us completely .... But it would be good that they see there are at least some people interested in it. So maybe if someone has an Yppedia account could make a forum thread there or you could link them to the achievement group account or get the people to just put or short comment up here and we send them the link. So that we have some voices in the back.
That bug was fixed by Valve a few months ago :) Removed achievements shouldn't give you 0% any more.
I sent a 'Technical Difficulties' ticket I think, maybe they just saw a few people had the same problem and replied to only one? Maybe they just like me more :D
After I got the trophy on another pirate and still didn't get the achievement, I was talking to their support about the issue. We did some extensive troubleshooting and tried to trigger the achievement, but nothing helped, so they had to forward it to the coders.
Unfortunately, the latest patch did not fix the issue, so we can only wait for another update. I don't know about new trophies/achievements, but I already sent them a report that it doesn't work as intended (unlocking achievements retroactively).
Well, as Girlbeard has achievements from earlier this month it seems something happened there. And yea, it would be nice if someone could try out if it works at least for newly obtained trophies. Problem is that most of those trophies take a considerable amount of time. But as it seems they get the message that there is an interest from community site to fix this.
However since I was forced to change Oceans (due to death of Opal) I have two pirates. On the first one it unlocked the trophies while on the second pirate I still have trophies which did not unlock the corresponding Steam-Achievement (namely the Silver Ghost Sloop and the Bronze Ghost Frigate). If the achievements are working as intended from now I think I can overlook it at the moment. So if you have two pirates choose the one with the more or harder achievements first. Maybe they will do something about the rest. But for now (in case they are reading this):

Hm, did the game update as you started? Because mine did and it seems they made an update between yesterday and today. Other than that: Maybe I got lucky once?
Or it is a problem with the server load? I got the achievements for Opal and I was pretty much the sole person online. For Emerald it did not unlock. Maybe too many informations at once cause problems with the transfer of the Achievement Data?
