Spiral Knights wiki editing: "403 Forbidden" error

I just created an account to post a question to a talk thread there (for context, it's: should Toxilargo's wiki entry on the Lichen page doesn't list its appearance in Rotting Metropolis. Should it be changed to do that, or should it be left alone 'cuz that mission is technically the same as Bone Briar Barrage?), but when I tried to save my changes, the page locked up with a 403 Forbidden error.

(further context: I've been doing editing work here and there on D&D wiki (another wiki using mediawiki like SK's wiki does) for years, and I've not seen anything resembling this kind of technical snafu there lately, so idk what to do or why it occurs o~o)

Is editing on the wiki forbidden for brand-new users?
Is the wiki just really in that bad a state of disrepair that editing is impossible now?
Or am I just missing something really stupid obvious that would reasonably explain what's going on for me?

Update: I was able to make myself a userpage just fine, so idk what's going on anymore ;~;

Did you try editing just the section or the whole page? If you tried the whole page edit its probably over capacity and the edit wont work. To use the whole page edit for my guilds page for example you have to delete most of the page, do the edit, and then use the section edits to put each section back individually. Its a pain. The size of a page before you run into this problem is pretty pathetic btw.
