Accused of hacking and getting Perma banned

A long time ago i got Accused of hacking which leaded to a Perma ban,After finding out i was banned I started to get a lil Annoyed because Spiral knights is one my favourite games that i've played and i wouldn't even have the thought of hacking on such a detailed and great game
a year after that I tried making a new account just so i could play once more but after a week or so it was perma banned aswell,so i decided to mail spiral knights myself about the matter and that didn't help much at all so i was wondering if anyone could give and suggestions on what game i can try out thats pretty much exactly the same as spiral knights or if anyone knows how i could possibly get out of this false Accusement?

Hmm, well, if you're telling the truth about not doing anything bad, the most likely option is that the system detected you doing something that you weren't trying to do.
I don't know, have you scanned your computer for viruses recently?

yes i have i run a whole computer scan every day and i dont get any viruses found (Im using norton btw)

Viruses lul. Perma ban = auto IP ban. Change your IP by proxy or just write to support and explain whole situation, maybe they will unban your previous account but... I don't think so. Try anyway: https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail

Well i just got banned for "Avoiding" my 1st ban thats pretty much it

does anyone have any help? i played tf2 on this server i liked and i got banned and it said at 15:29 i was banned for spin hacking but the only problem is i don't hack and i wasn't even home at that time... any help or advice?
