they are far cheaper than 5* ones, but still give a decent amount of heat. and if you log in every hour, you will be able to feed your pet a LOT of them.
In other way you can ragecraft 3* favourite food to get your pet to 50 level (when it starts to be effective on tier 3) and then slow down it.
If you want to buy 4* mats in ah try ghost bells. They're most cheap I think.
then keep feeding it.
Personally I keep the following:
5*: 5 of each (Probably could stick with 3 but I like backup)
4*: 10 (or was it 5?)
3*: 30
The rest I never really use so I have hundreds
Also, once I reach level 70, I use a Star once per level. Besides that though, I never use Sprite Food except when required.
Never use 5* mats, the food is always better, but make sure you save most of your Stars to level up, not for heat.
Finally THE SPECIFIC MAT DOES NOT MATTER. Every mat of the same * will always fill the bar the same amount for that level. So just feed whatever you have the most of.
I don't even know how you managed that, but go for it.
also, halfway is still good. wait till you barely see the heat bar move at lvl 95+
You also get heat from monsters, and battling in the clockworks makes their Appetite bar grow faster. The best way to level up your sprite is to keep fighting monsters and feeding it.
Proper food like?
By the way he's wrong. sprite food is generally too expensive to waste on heat.
