Reinstall Java, files (x86), Java, Copy the file Jre, go to spiral knights files, delete the java_vm, Paste the Jre, Change the name to "java_vm", Close everything, Turn off the PC, Turn On the PC and there

Vas a la carpeta de tu Java, copias el Jre, Vas a la carpeta de tu SK y borras el archivo java_vm que estaba allí y pegas el Jre copiado. Una vez hecho eso le cambias el nombre y reinicias el PC

Si sigue sin funcionar puedes instalar una nueva versión Java sin antes borrar el primero

I had this issue as well and non of the above fixed my issue. If the same applies to you, you can try what I did. I fixed mine by searching "sysdm.cpl" in the windows search bar and then navigate into "Advanced" > "Environmental veriables". You'll see a variabel called "_JAVA_OPTIONS", edit the value to "-Xmx512M".

This is happened to me since I used to mess with the values prior to this error code.
