I don't know how you would disrespect SK saying Warframe it's nothing alike.

People are different. Some need mechanics, some need stylization, some need something else. Spiral Knights is still unique and nothing absolutely similar I've ever come across.

This is the correct answer.

The amount of people that enjoyed SK and then went on to enjoy Warframe is very high, despite any direct comparisons.

I guess but like A game where it's like Nintendo-ey like art style thats like a dungeon crawler like sk, not some ninja parkour i mean i haven't played warframe in ages. This game is very unique and it kinda made me love Top down games when i first played this back in 2011.

How about:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/215080/WAKFU/
or
https://store.steampowered.com/app/372800/RPG_MO/

Of course, no game is exactly like SK, but there are some similarities here.

Hm, is that sarcasm or serious? Can't tell. :)

I checked the store page of trove, and would get mightily confused by the viewpoint. I need top-down. :)

(Beside the point: these days I don't want fighting in my games anyway.)

A similar game to SK is unfortunately SK by now. We have no choice but to admit that SK was the only good and great game in a good while of recent history that has changed our lives, forever, when we where once children or once we've grown up past to be adults.

Now the question lies: Do we have time to play SK? Or worst, do, or did, the game change at all to and for we to play the game at all? Or worst than that: Is the game really even really cool after all to play, after all that? Or really, really worst than that...

Is there anything afterall, that makes us worthwile, to play it after all that?

Something that changes it,

Something... That innovates it,

Something that brings a spark to it,

Or something... that brings hope to it?

Something that makes it fun?

Or something... that makes it blastfull, if not - Even... Pridefull...

My advice to the people and to the likes of you is to either seek or know similar experiences of same grade/gradual level of expertise and inteligence in development, as well as fun (so that means: finding out REALLY good games, but that's not games similar to SK- the content, and the Name of the forum post should be renamed to then "'- Are there ANY' - good GAMES' - similar to SK in terms of how good they are played or how good they are? [/quote]

If you said that, I would actually believe you. But you didn't, so I can't say a thing..

Unfortunately, since you didn't said, but in the case you did, or you would say, I will say it something out of prophecy anyway: If you said to me you would come to say "Man are there any other good games like SK currentily BUBHUBURBRUURUBRUBURBRURHURHURUHBRHU" I would tell, : Yes, there are.

Legend of Mana.

Mardek RPG.

Older PS2 games.

Older PS1 Games.

Many other PS1 and PS2 Games we did not played in our pasts.

Many older and other PS1 And PS2 And computer games we did not finished on our pasts

Many other games which we played but became hidden and forggoten forever in the realms of the great markets of the internet (I sure remember some strange games who never, never, never... appeared again; The worst always come for last... Ain't ya they? Then Why the Best Always Come First...? To be... the Last...?............... [/i]

If I where you I'd rather continue to play SK or wait for it's reborn.

I have something to share anyway, please look up. Something incredible is coming already, so... Yeah. Let's do it.

I figured, Since this game was once owned by Sega i guess i resorted into emulating nintendo games for my Steam Deck. It's very hard to find good games nowadays as they've gone repetitive, microtransactions and just the same games over and over copy n' paste. Sk really was addictive back in 2011 to me, I'd play day n' Night, after school it was my 2nd free game at the time i had none because i was really young blacklight retribution and Sk was all i played till i got older got a job and bought games i enjoyed from the xbox360 era
