Lets say through means unknown to myself, a piece of armor i wore with a gold wolf tail was....destroyed. Now this is normally avoidable as energy can remove accessories, but as the loot is gone, i cannot do so. With it BoA as DLC on spiral i cant simply buy a new one, as it will claim the item code was used.

So now i have a full gold wolf set on my main, and i can never equip the tail? Gone to the void? Sega never resolved this issue, will the new team compensate? I have the content on my steam. What is the deal?

The only thing you alone can do is probably buy a new tail in game, they're not THAT expensive. But otherwise send a new support ticket in game?

make a new steam account, give it the tail from your main one, unpack it there, trade the tail over to your main ingame.
