Slime Casino rates?

I've mashed the 50x spin on the slime casinos, like... 1,000 times now at various different casinos and machines and not once have I gotten a non-crown/whammy reward.
If these are the real rates that's some nonsense. What's even the point of playing?

I mean, I know the reason, to suck crowns out of the economy, but you sort of have to get something in return when you do that? I've lost 300k crowns now with absolutely nothing to show for it. Lost that much, not played that much, since you often win back about 90% of what you spend.

Seems like a huge waste of time to me.

Same thing, i was playing around 40 min on first day, got nothing. But i ve read some players could get around 3 slimes boxes after 3 hours of playing. Also seems developer decreased amount of coins you can win , first day i never had coins less than 50x1, but yestarday (after patch) i had many 5x3 , so 100% not worth to play.

I bought the pass that lets you do 50 spins per click and click once every second, and I've spinned it a heck of a lot. I also read it's possible there is no slime chest in this event as that has happened in the past, which sounds disgusting to remove the grand prize from a gambling game, but apparently it has happened several times now. https://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/121053

And I've seen two different crown machines, but the win rate is about the same. One only has multiples of 50x and the other has 5/10/25x winnings. They both even out to the same crown loss over time it seemed to me.

There are different slot machines, some have boxes, some have vials, some have whammies and others have hearts, there's no way to tell which is which unless you play them for a minute or 2.
But also, some casino events don't have boxes, and the one we're on doesn't.
If you want boxes I recommend you wait for the next casino in a month and a half or 2. If you want the casino achievements, you could start gambling now, and you'll most likely end up with a gain.

That's disgusting. And I have only lost crowns playing the machines that are currently available.

If you can find other casinos, you can most certainly find better slots. Just play them until you find one that gives you the most chance at profit.
I used one yesterday for about 4 hours and eventually I gained 350k, that particular slot had only crowns and a Kleptolist in its list, I think it's one of the best if you want to gain crowns quickly.

If I'm going to gamble crowns away I'd like some unique rewards for it, more crowns is not a reward at this point.
