What level does Swift Steps II unlock on a Sprite?

My Seraphynx is Level 97 now and I've been waiting for this one specific perk forever. How much higher must I go?

it is random. it could be the very first 5* perk you unlock, it could be the very last.
good news though, max lvl is only 105 (it shows 100, but you can go 5 lvls higher for the last few perks), so there isnt much more either way.

At worst, 105, at best, 98. At least for you.

98, didn't get it. Almost to Seraphic Aura at least (yes, I prefer that over Valkyrian since there are so many other ways to get CTR, there are no other ways to get faster shield regen).

As I run Gunslinger though, I'm tempted to switch to Maskeraith. I've been leveling my other two sprites, but they're a fair bit behind my Seraphynx, both 58.
