Why does everyone hate pulsar-line weps?

My guildmates say that pulsars deal much knockback, thus they can puch enemies away and ♥♥♥♥ up a guildmate, or even push an enemy to a guildmate, which also ♥♥♥♥♥ up a bit. Should i get a pulsar or reconsider it?

I can do SL FSC without dying w/o using siingle switching so what's that gonna help me for? Do it without getting hit? lol, that's really pointless.

Both take advantage of animation cancelling.

One increase your dps and is only usable with certain key item while the other increase your movability/survivability on all items.

Personally shield cancel is not an exploit in my book but double switcharoo (or however you want to call it) is.

Shield cancel is a mechanic at this point. DA breaking through FSC D27 last arena was an exploit.

But we are mostly talking about opinions here so it doesn't really matter.

i dont play with parties that frequently, since i play with like 500+ ping when i party with anyone which is close to the servers

You're in Brazil right? Your profile says so; I'm even farther from the servers and I don't have that much ping, I can easily just melee everything with the delay that I get.
You also have over 500 hours, I don't see why you'd even consider such a bad weapon.
It's fine if you use it only when you play alone, but even then there are better choices.

dunno if you get it but, internet here is not cheap, and SK servers are far away from me, i don't really have the conditions of buying a better net or wtv, so i keep playing like that. About the 500 hour thing, i just started understanding how the game works now, so i basically have 100 hours on the game

Routes are different even if 2 people are in the same region. A friend of mine is like 45 minutes away and has 300 ms ping while living in Canada. I have 70ms ping.

Also I have all status effect pulsar 5* lvl 10 except Wildfire. I think it's still lvl 1.

It's fun to use so I don't blame him/her. It's just bad lol

depending on how you use pulsars, they are nearly OP (i consider it dont flame me cause of it thanks)
you can pretty much corner 3 or 2 enemies easily, specially with shock status that imobilizes and interrupts their attacks, yesterday i was testing the pulsar, and i got 2 cats over 2 differente cornes, simply by shooting bursts of 2 shots continously
no matter if they say that pulsar ♥♥♥♥♥ up parties, its cause its a pretty different pistol, you dont shoot it on every monster you see like any other gun, you take specific enemies and focus on them to corner them out of the game (focus the ones that your teamates arent killing), meh i love it alot no matter what :/

It's helpful in some areas to keep enemies backed up into a wall or corner, or away from your teammates.

The problem is it's usually laggy, and most people don't use them properly so they push enemies into other teammates mid attack animation. Along with that it can be hard to see what's going on in the screen with giant projectiles covering half of it and blowing things around all over the place.

For solo play thought, it's really useful.

Yeah but why would you do that? You can kill them faster than spamming them in a wall so it's just a noob tactics that don't work on Trojan and some bosses.

In the right hands, this weapon can possibly do good things. The fact of the matter is that 9 times out of 10, you're going to be playing with someone who doesn't know what they're doing.

It's the ideal gun for speed runners to clear a path and delay switch so you can use AP and fire a pulsar afterwards to get a second switch 2-3 seconds afterward

Shoot, shield cancel, wait a tad bit, switch weapon, switch back to first then shoot.

I don't find it useful personally but it does help you deal more dmg in LD (which I don't do)

Because of that reason. It's more toxic and elitist than LoL so there's no need to go there. Unless you want a Voltedge or an Electron Vortex.

dunno if you saw it but, im from brazil, and since im far away from the host servers, i cant play lockdown without lagging, and i dont know if i can do anything to "fix" this
i also hate lockdown, playing against muted monsters that are non toxic is better than be shoved out of words by stupid ppl
