Is there any patch that removes censorship from the game?

Well judging from the screenshots there definitely is. Check the reviews there's a few people posting them specifically the ones in Chinese.

You need to select the view with the bunnies in game. In my case the bunnies were gone once the patch was installed...

To clarify the installation of the patch: First download the patch. Next, use an rar zip extractor to open the file. After opening the zip file, right click with mouse and copy the folder and paste to seek girl data folder. Open the the patch folder and right click with mouse to copy the files in the folder then paste them in the seek girl data folder. The 3 files you copy and paste are called glodalgamemangers, resources.assets, resources.assets.reS. This is what I did to get the patch to work.

as of update 1.02, the old patch is no longer functional.
has anyone a link to the new "patch3" the dev is speaking of?

... and please, not again as RAR, better make it a ZIP ...
