It's a 3rd party title. You have to license to make those titles. When the license runs out and you don't renew it for whatever reason the games have to be delisted because you no longer have the right to sell the game. It is that simple. It is why you can't buy the activision spider-man games anymore.

No because Disney doesn't own the actual game. You can get it on third party sites.

You can find the Definitive Edition for arround 5 Bucks at Keysellers. And for that price it is okay. You still have to play as the Avengers though.

No, it got delisted because they don't own the rights to the characters and so when the license agreement ended they couldn't sell it anymore. At most the license wasn't renewed because it didn't make enough money to justify it.
