Rescue at Dawn.

I've had three goes at it. Every time the enemy arty focused on pounding Rose and wiping her out in 1-2 volleys. Game Over. I've tried distracting them by attacking North, but they just ignore me. I've also tried attacking Wellesley, but they don't care. Hard to win this scenario, if I can't keep Rose alive. Any suggestions?
