Any way to lower difficulty without starting over the game ?

As the title says... i got a bit too cocky to start it on hard ... now I struggle badly Q_Q

Heya thanks Il take a look ^^ looks as a very promising guide. also I feel dumb, didnt realize there is one more option if I scroll down for difficulty -_-
