Chapter 23 choice [SPOILERS INSIDE]

There is a choice to execute or send for trial Hubert.Other then different +rep for factions, does the choice change anything ? ie certain character joining or not joining depending on that choice or fighting him again etc.

Search "Statistics & Challenges Achievements", you will see a list for all selections.

I'm interested in the same thing. Just beat ch23 and chose to execute Hubert, since my reputation with the other faction was already maxed. Not sure if there's any other effects though.
