But if I were a gamer not a lusting loser, I'd say this is a nice game at least.
I'm elated when the build which I planned was completed and it just blasts all enemies away. That's really a bliss.
And I have to come up with different builds every time I start the game because skill board is at random. That doesn't make me get tired of running.
So this is clearly a good game. But still I personally need sexy female because that's the most important part of any games for me. Well for your question, I have to answer "No I wouldn't" but it doesn't mean this game is not great.
Have you ever lost a run (i.e. died)? I am new to the game but found it early on to be very, very easy. I am not sure I ever received damage in the first chapter or run, however much I played. Was this just part of the tutorial period, and the game gets noticeably more difficult?
Any feedback you can provide would be appreciated!
It's less strategic than Slay the Spire, which has a lot of enemies with a variety of ways to mess with you; so far in this game the battles have felt very much the same to me. On the flip side, it also has a LOT less RNG; there are no random events, you get to CHOOSE your relics skills, and the shop is always open. On the balance I think StS is more interesting but also more frustrating; unless I really want to exercise my brain I think I'll stick with Neoverse.
Excellent response (and thanks to prior great ones also), thanks!
This is a an enjoyable deck builder / card battle game.
I liked it more than Monster Slayers, or Slay the Spire. A part of that is likely due this having much better GFX, though the mechanics are really fun too and kept me playing. Different ways to go about winning for each character.
