do you guy have any idea how to get it?

it is on 27 level and i tries spend more than 8 mins and no luck.

i haven't move to next level or whatever.

You need to play around in level 27 until Virgil starts talking about "you seem tired". Standing idle will not trigger it.

Another way to get it is by looking at one of the "Photon fun hour" posters for about 42 seconds.
