Is it going to be available sometime?

I simply can't understand the "Engine Chill" part of it. Like, what do I do? I do understand the graphic showing the letters going to the correct colors, but what do I have to input into the terminal? It also says that I have to chill the engine depending on its status, that I can't find anywhere....

Having massive problems on this level - navigating to the vague area on the map where the drop shipment is supposed to take place is no mean feat given the lack of landmarks and navigational instruments. I've yet to make it to even one of these on time, and they sure don't last long since there is nothing there when I finally arrive. I'm kind of despairing of ever finishing this mission at this rate - it's really disappointing given the previous levels featured gameplay I thought was enjoyable.. not whatev...
