Lossless Scaling

Lossless Scaling

reshade LS output?
it would be amazing if we could apply some reshade effects to the output of lossless scaling.

i usually apply some reshade to every game to adjust color vibrancy and fake hdr to old games that do not support it. it would save us a lot of time if we could instead apply these to LS.

i tried it but didn´t find a way to make it work.

Some users could make it work. Wait someone to explain

You can apply ReShade to any game before lossless. I don't see the advantage to applying it to Lossless scaling rather than the game itself.. since you have no access to depth buffer, motion vectors etc. Applying ReShade directly to the game before hand and having LS scale and frame gen that after the fact is always best. Or do you mean applying non depth buffer/motion vector PP effects to upscaled/frame gen'd video? I mean I guess that would be neat but you can apply ReShade to several video players using DirectX modes and then use lossless scaling after the fact. So it still becomes unecessary.

I turn on the color and fake HDR in game normally like how I always do, and it works perfectly, just as how it shows without lossless. It doesn’t impact performance either

fake HDR

dont use this sheet. use AutoHDR from MajorPainTheCactus. it will be a much better implementation of HDR.
